Return Policy

If you would like to make a return, please reach out to fmservice@mewood.com or call 855-535-3824 and we would be happy to help you. Our office is open Monday- Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm. Please review below before requesting a return.

What is the return window? The return window is 30 days and items must be returned in new, unused condition. Items returned used and non-resalable will not be eligible for refund or credit.

Do you provide shipping labels? We do not provide shipping labels for returns. Shipping labels will be provided if the product is defective due to manufacturing. Please contact customer service.

Are there Final Sale Items? All sale items, custom work, engravings and make to order are non-refundable and non-returnable.

When will I receive my refund or credit? Please allow 5-7 business days once your return has been received. Shipping cost will not be refunded. If you do not receive your refund or credit in this time, please reach out to fmservice@mewood.com.
